Vitamin C - The Anchor Nutrient
At 500 mg per capsule, Vitamin C is the cornerstone of the Nuvelle Boost formula. It is supplied in the form of ascorbic acid, a well-established and stable form widely used in food supplements.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage and bones.

Magnesium, Zinc & Selenium
The mineral component of Nuvelle Boost features three well-established minerals, each with specific EU-authorised roles:
- Magnesium (150 mg) contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Zinc (10 mg) contributes to normal immune function and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Selenium (55 µg) contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal thyroid function.
Other Capsule Ingredients
The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC - suitable for vegetarians and vegans). Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (vegetable source). No artificial colours, no added sugar, no gluten-containing ingredients.
