Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy sets out your rights regarding returns and refunds when purchasing Nuvelle Boost from RAFAELA ARMYRA.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal - 14 Calendar Days
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it - without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed, unopened condition. As Nuvelle Boost is a food supplement sealed for hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used packaging. This exception is consistent with Regulation 13(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 20 7946 0312 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00). We will provide you with a return address and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Since payment was made on delivery (cash or card to courier), any refund will be issued by bank transfer to your nominated account. We will contact you to arrange this.
5. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before it is dispatched. Simply inform us during the phone confirmation call or contact us immediately after. Once an order has been dispatched, the 14-day return right applies instead.
6. Refusing Delivery (COD)
As payment is made on delivery, you may refuse to accept the parcel from the courier. In this case, the order will be cancelled and you will owe nothing. The product will be returned to us at our cost.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
