About the Product
Each capsule contains Vitamin C (500 mg), Magnesium (150 mg), Vitamin B6 (5 mg), Zinc (10 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B12 (250 µg) and Selenium (55 µg). Full details and NRV percentages are on the Ingredients page.
Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. The product contains no gelatin or animal-derived ingredients.
Nuvelle Boost does not contain gluten-containing ingredients, added lactose, soy, peanuts or tree nuts. However, it is produced in a facility that may also handle other products. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Usage
Take one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water. There is no specific time requirement - morning or evening both work. Do not exceed one capsule per day.
One pack contains 90 capsules, which is a 90-day supply at the recommended dose of one capsule per day. This is a full three-month supply.
Simply continue with your next scheduled capsule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
